I’m a lawyer and arbitrator who writes about crypto and blockchains.

I write primarily about the law of the blockchain—that is, the implications of blockchain interactions on actual human beings. I also write about the web3 emergence (Upland, Celsius, Metamask, Cakes and so forth), cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge et cetera), thought leaders, and trending ideas. From time-to-time, I will describe new phenomena in simple terms (e.g. the difference between Doge and Bitcoin). At times, I will write about abstract concepts and ideas (money as a concept, distributed ledgers et cetera).

My objective is to do two things. First, analyse and evaluate events occurring in the web3 and crypto spaces. Second, in light of the first objective, share what I know with you. I do this because I am interested in the things that you are interested in. Together, there is much we can profit from.
